For returns or exchanges, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging.We can replace the product with any product in stock.
All the products should be returned in the same box and all the accessories, cases, tags, hygiene seals, should be all included in the package. If products were returned missing accessories you may not receive your refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
